Every time a certified farm and processing plant agree on the shipment of cattle for the production of natural meat, the farm must forward to the processing plant the following Declaration of Shipment

Certified processing plants must forward to the acting certification body and to the CNMPU, the digital forms FORM 08 Slaughter Report

  12. PRODUCTION REPORT (FORM 09)
Certified processing plants must forward to the acting certification body and to the CNMPU, the digital FORM 09 ?Production Report?.

  13. APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF VALIDITY (FORM 10)
Application for Extension of Validity due to pending audit, up to 15 days before certification expiration date.
