10. DECLARATION OF SHIPMENT (FORM 07)
Every time a certified farm and processing plant agree on the shipment of cattle for the production of natural meat, the farm must forward to the processing plant the following Declaration of Shipment |

Certified processing plants must forward to the acting certification body and to the CNMPU, the digital forms FORM 08 Slaughter Report |

12. PRODUCTION REPORT (FORM 09)
Certified processing plants must forward to the acting certification body and to the CNMPU, the digital FORM 09 ?Production Report?. |
